What flooring services do you offer?
Three services: hardwood floor installation, hardwood floor finishing, and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) installation. We don't install ceramic tile or carpet.
Should I choose hardwood or LVT?
Hardwood is the long-term choice — it can be sanded and finished again as it wears, and it adds real character to older homes. LVT is water-resistant and durable, which makes it a strong fit for kitchens, basements, and high-traffic family spaces. Many homes end up with both, in different rooms.
How long does a flooring project take?
It depends on the square footage, the condition of the subfloor, and whether finish coats need cure time between applications. When we estimate your project, we'll give you a realistic schedule for your specific rooms rather than a one-size-fits-all number.
How do I prepare for installation or finishing?
Rooms need to be cleared of furniture, and finishing work needs airflow and time to cure before the room goes back to normal use. We'll walk you through exactly what to move and when the floor can take foot traffic again before work begins.
